However you like. Some clients hand us the keys; others keep control and grant us access. We prefer to run DNS through our Cloudflare — fast, secure, and easy to manage on your behalf — but sharing access to yours works fine. No domain yet? We'll register it for you. When we manage your domain or DNS, those costs are included in your fee — no markup, no surprise renewals.

Two different things. Your website's email — the forms and notifications your site sends — is handled as part of hosting. Those are called transactional emails. Real mailboxes you read and send from, like Google Workspace — or email marketing, like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign — are something we'll set up for you as a separate service; those carry their own costs.
